For starters, the Principality of Aloha (Italian: Principato di Aloha; Interlingua: Principato de Aloha) was made a member of the Micronational Professional Registry (MPR), and it also became the UMMOA’s 14th member nation! Fourteen is a sacred number to Cesidians.

The news gets more interesting. Mahealani Ventura (aka Mahealani Ventura-Oliver), Princess of Aloha, after becoming a MPR professional, also became an UMMOA National on 3 January 2011, the UMMOA’s 50th National.

The UMMOA currently has five Ambassadors in good standing: an Ambassador to Italy; one to the US (Texas); one to France; one to India; and one to Turkey. Princess Mahealani will soon become our sixth Ambassador! She will be representing the UMMOA in the archipelago of ko Hawaii pae aina (the Hawaiian Islands), in Canada, in Alaska, in the Pacific North, and in the Pacific Basin.

Mahealani Ventura’s work thus far promises that she will be a great, if not an outstanding UMMOA Ambassador. She is a proactive participant in local politics and international venues for Maoli patent, human and civil rights. She initiated the only royal patent and insurance claims registry for the Maoli, and organised hui networks that promoted patent, law and financial literacy for Maoli and non Maoli in 2008. She is currently chairing a Human Rights Task Force and Ad Hoc Commission focused on the settlment of Human Rights Violations committed against the Maoli and others in ko Hawaii pae aina.

Mahealani Ventura is acting President of Ka paepae loa o Hawaii loa (the Hawaiiloa Foundation, a Native Hawaiian group with ownership rights to Crown land); President of the Hui o Kamaauwai (the native water board); and is Historian/Chair of the Ko Hawaii Pae Aina Ad Hoc Conciliation Commission (AHCC), a civil society organisation (CSO) registered with the United Nations (UN) Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA). Her profound knowledge of Hawaiian language, law, culture and dance, make Mahealani a human repository of cultural, traditional and customary knowledge.

In the near future, and with the assistance of Mahealani’s staff, the UMMOA will establish a Regional Office suitable for multiple parties/organisations. This does not exclude actual space for an UMMOA embassy/consulate on Crown land, which is a part of the royal patented estates of the Principality of Aloha.

We also hope to work with the bright people on Mahealani’s staff in order to bring the Principality of Aloha, and possibly other organisations and nations, to sign the three treaties I have authored or co-authored — the Great Pacific Garbage Patch Treaty (GPGPT), the Multi-Oceanic Garbage Patch (MOGPT), and the Space Debris Treaty (SDT) — and we also plan to work with the Principality in order to start the actual physical clean-up of the Great Pacific Garbage Patch (GPGP), i.e. the gyre(s) of the Pacific Ocean.

Of course, we are interested also in developing a new TLD in the Cesidian Root for the Principality of Aloha. Mahalo (Thank you).

I am proud to announce that Stephan has started Lo Gal, what is for all practical purposes the world’s first Fifth World culture centre.

It’s a place where up to 19 customers, speaking three official languages, can sit down and enjoy organic coffee, chocolate, or fruit juice. Hearing the customers chat, you would think the place is somewhere on the border between France, Germany, and the UK, but of course places like that don’t exist in the real world, only in the Fifth World!

Lo Gal also has a small beer and wine shop, which distributes especially organic faire from local wine producers and microbreweries; a delicatessen (or deli) that serves with fresh organic bread and spices; a multilingual library with over 2,000 books on stock with Fifth World themes such as gardening, homeschooling, natural health, organic cuisine, and nature (the overstock is sold on location or through the Internet); a multimedia library — with independent music, films, and art, and a proud member of the Association de l’Indépendance Musicale Solidaire Autonome or AIMSA — with Wi-Fi Internet access; a Linux demonstration centre for Open Source software; a tourist office; and a melting point where people gather to book author’s readings, small art exhibitions, or for alternative astrologer/magician guests. And by the way, if you decide to visit pretty Sainte-Valière and stay overnight, Lo Gal is also a small Bed & Breakfast!

By Christmas Lo Gal’s multilingual library will also have several copies of very Fifth Worldish books like The Fifth World: Micronationalism on Steroids, and All Religions Are Cults: And What a Few Good Priests, Monks, Rabbis and Mullahs Can Do About It, since the author of those books is making a donation to the library section of Lo Gal.

Finally, one should note that Stephan Meyer is also an Ummoagian, and a member of the Micronational Professional Registry (MPR).

The Lo Gal centre is registered with the Micronational Professional Registry (MPR), and accredited by the Fifth World Accreditation Agency (5WAA) as any authentic Fifth World institution.

1. The environmental importance and the disputed political status of Banc du Geyser, Indian Ocean Island, which is claimed by France, Madagascar, the Comoros, and the UMMOA;

With the seas claiming greater and greater areas of both lowland territories and islands, the UMMOA, as a signatory of both the GPGPT and MOGPT treaties, has decided to claim a 25th national component, the Banc du Geyser.

The Banc du Geyser (also Banc du Geysir) is a mostly submerged reef in the Mozambique Channel, some 125 km (78 mi) northeast from Mayotte, 112 km (70 mi) southwest of the Îles Glorieuses, and 200 km (124 mi) off the northwestern coast of Madagascar.

The Banc is a dangerous oval-shaped reef 8 km (5 mi) long and 5 km (3 mi) wide that becomes exposed only at low tides.

The reef is already claimed by France, Madagascar, and the Comoros, so the UMMOA becomes a fourth claimant.

The République du Kabinda and FLEC are recognised as the only sovereign representative of the people of Kabinda (Cabinda), which has been engaged in a liberation struggle with the government of Angola. Kabinda is a member of the Organization of Emerging African States (OEAS) and the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization (UNPO).

The United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA) is recognised as a new political construct consisting of a multi-oceanic archipelago, with a platform dedicated to the protection of the environment, and is recognised by the International States Parliament for Safety and Peace (ISPSP).

Kabinda and the UMMOA have mutually recognised one another, and will support each others claims in the areas of technical, political, financial, and multilateral cooperation.

These treaties effectively give the UMMOA, and micronational signatories, legal control over all of the high seas of the world, and even legal control over the space above the Earth’s atmosphere.

Well, since the seas of the world themselves are claiming greater and greater areas of both lowland territories and islands, the UMMOA, with a great suggestion of the Hon. Ilya Pakhomov, has decided to claim an 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23th, and 24th national component. Therefore the UMMOA now claims the following islands: Ghoramara Island (India), Lohachara Island (India), Bedford Island (India), New Moore/South Talpatti (India/Bangladesh), Tebua Tarawa (Kiribati), Bikeman Island (Kiribati) and Abanuea (Kiribati).

Before this date, the 5WC was made up of buildings in New York State, South Carolina, Iowa, and the country of Belize. This means that while the “town hall” of the 5WC was located on Long Island, the diaxenospitia already extended to North and Central America.

Well, on 9 July 2011 the Palazzo dei Poeti (Mansion of Poets) was incorporated in the 5WC, a building located in the Apulia region of Italy, so now the Fifth World Community includes buildings in North America, Central America, and Europe.

The school of Pythagoras not only was called Tetractys, but his followers also gave oaths on the tetractys.

In this context, the number 1 represents a point, and in the case of the United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA) it also represents the city of Cyberterra. The number 1 also represents the fundamental unity, the wholeness, the completeness, the Fire element.

The 2 represented for two points, a line segment, and in the case of the UMMOA it also represents your connection to Cesidian Root through your ISP. The number 2 also represents duality, complementary opposites, the feminine and the masculine (it’s the first true female number), the Air element.

The 3 represented three points, a triangle, and in the case of the UMMOA it also represents triangles of islands such as Navassa Island-Bajo Nuevo Bank-Serranilla Bank, or the Palmyra Atoll-Jarvis Island-Baker Island. The number 3 also represents a measure of space and time, the dynamics of life (this is the first true male number), the creation, the Water element.

The 4 represented four points, a tetrahedron (the simplest regular polyhedron with four faces), and in the case of the UMMOA it represents the State in three dimensions, its islands scattered all over the whole earth. The number 4 also represents the material element, the structural elements, the Earth element.

So far a kind of pyramid is formed which summarises the fundamental relationship between the first four digits and the decade: 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 10. The number 10 mathematically is a triangular number, and that was the essence of the simplest Pythagorean tetractys, one that represented the entire material universe.

When one complicates the simplest tetractys though, when you add up a fifth digit, an interesting thing happens: 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 = 15, and in fact there are 15 UMMOA members now!

The number 15 mathematically is a triangular number as well. Before the 15th component the UMMOA had 14 components, and the number 14 mathematically is a square pyramidal number.

The number 5 represents the five points, a hyperpyramid, which is also called 5-cell, 4-simplex, or pentachoron by mathematicians, and it is a simple regular polychoron, and a natural extension of the triangle (two-dimensional) and the tetrahedron (three-dimensional) in the fourth dimension. In the case of the UMMOA it indicates that the State, in fact, goes beyond three dimensions, and also includes a fourth dimension. Number 5 (2 + 3) according to the Pythagoreans represented the union of the female (2) and male (3), ie marriage, but it also represents the non-material, metaphysical dimension, the dynamics of spiritual life, ie the Idea (ίδέα), the quintessence, the Hieron (ίερόν) or “Divine Thing” element.

In short, the UMMOA is more than a mathematical point in the middle of the Adriatic Sea; is more than a special Internet connection; is more than many triangles of islands in the Pacific Ocean and Caribbean Sea; and it is even more than numerous islands scattered on the whole earth. The UMMOA also contains a non-material dimension, a spiritual dimension.

In short, the UMMOA goes beyond the Pythagorean theorem, but not necessarily beyond the thinking of Pythagoras himself, who made use of mathematics for spiritual development, something which in fact distinguishes the Pythagorean tradition from all the other great traditions.
